Full Service Plan - For a monthly fee plus a percentage of what we save for you, our medical billing advocates review your medical paperwork weekly, identify errors or omissions and attempt to correct them, and negotiate with insurance plans, health care providers, third parties and creditors on your behalf. We provide you with a list of bills approved for payment and the amounts you should pay. If you select our optional bill pay service, we will even pay those bills on your behalf. By keeping on top of your bills, you never run the risk of missing important deadlines to correct mistakes or appeal denials.
Medical Bill Review Subscription Service - For a monthly fee, our consultants review your medical paperwork on a periodic basis, identify errors or omissions and attempt to correct them, and negotiate with insurance plans, health care providers, third parties and creditors on your behalf. We provide you with a list of bills approved for payment and the amounts you should pay. We offer several levels of service depending on the number of bills you generally receive each month. If you select our optional bill pay service, we will even pay those bills on your behalf. If problems are found with your bills or insurance processing, you have the option of contracting with us under our Adjustment Plan to attempt to solve and correct these problems for you.
Adjustment Plan - For a nominal upfront fee plus a percentage of what we save for you, we will review paperwork for specific medical and hospital services and dates of service to identify errors or omissions and attempt to correct them. We negotiate with insurance plans, health care providers, third parties and creditors on your behalf. We provide you with a list of bills approved for payment and the amounts you should pay.
Advance Negotiation Plan - We will attempt to negotiate patient responsibility amounts from your insurance company and/or healthcare providers PRIOR to you receiving medical services or being hospitalized and then review the medical bills and related claims for services we helped you negotiate.
Insurance Selection Plan - Upon payment of a flat fee of $99, our medical billing advocates will assist you with the selection of your health insurance plan. Since we do not sell insurance, we work only on your behalf to help you select from the available options. Many Medicare beneficiaries find this service particularly helpful when deciding whether to opt for orignial Medicare plus a Medigap policy and Part D drug plan or to select a Medicare Advantage program.
Hourly Plan - If you prefer to pay only for the services you use, we offer our hourly plan and charge for actual time spent on your case against a retainer.
