Older adults often benefit from these services when they become unable or unwilling to handle their daily personal and financial affairs.

Professional Guardians assist individuals who are no longer able to handle their own affairs. A professional guardian does not take the place of a family member, although the guardian may form an emotional bond with the incapacitated person.The professional guardian coordinates and monitors professional services needed by the incapacitated person, such as selecting a caretaker, in-home care, bill-pay, and other services.
Sheri is available to serve in this capacity, or as Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, Personal Representative (Executor) or Successor Trustee for established clients as well as new clients who need assistance.
Our Estate Administration Support gives assistance to executors, personal representatives, and trust and estate attorneys with the many tasks associated with settling an estate. We provide services to include the gathering and organizing of personal records of the deceased, handling mail and bill payment on behalf of the estate, and coordinating estate liquidation.
